We advertise a service, not a car
AutoBrokerBoyz LLC is an autobroker (auto buying service). We broker new and used vehicles, and we do not advertise specific vehicles for sale on this website. When we find a vehicle for you, the selling dealership is the seller of record and we act as your autobroker under a written brokerage agreement.
New cars
All new cars arranged for sale are subject to price and availability from the selling franchised new car dealer.
Our lot sells used vehicles only
Vehicles on our own lot are sold by AutoBrokerBoyz LLC as a licensed California dealer, used vehicles only. On a car bought off our lot, we are the seller, not your autobroker, and your purchase contract sets out the terms.
Our own inventory: who sells
Sold by AutoBrokerBoyz LLC, a licensed California dealer. On a car from our own inventory, AutoBrokerBoyz LLC is the seller and is not acting as your broker. When our auto brokers find you a car at another dealership, that dealership is the seller of record. We never act as your broker and the seller on the same car.
Our own inventory: prices
Every price on an inventory listing is a total price: it includes every charge from us and every item already installed on the car. Plus government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any dealer document processing charge, any electronic filing charge, and any emission testing charge.
Our document processing charge is $85. It is not a government fee. We sell each listed car at or below its listed total price while it is unsold. Optional add-ons, like service contracts or GAP, are never required to buy or finance a car.
Our own inventory: availability and photos
Every listed car is in our inventory and for sale when posted. When one sells, we take it down. Listing photos are of that exact car. Each listing shows the year, make, model, trim, miles, VIN and stock number. If you spot a mistake in a listing, tell us and we will fix it.
Buyers Guide and warranties
Every used car we sell has a federal Buyers Guide in the window. The listing shows the same warranty status: “As Is - No Dealer Warranty”, “Implied Warranties Only” or “Dealer Warranty”. The Buyers Guide is part of your contract and overrides anything different in the listing. If we work with you in Spanish, you get the Spanish Buyers Guide.
Title and history
Before we list a car, we get its history report from the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS). If it shows a salvage, junk or branded title, or a total loss, the listing carries a warning. You can check any VIN yourself at vehiclehistory.gov. If we used a car in our business, such as a loaner or rental, the listing says so.
3-day right to cancel
Under California law (Civil Code section 1784.43), when you buy a used car from us for $50,000 or less you have 3 days to cancel. It does not apply if the car has been driven more than 400 miles since you signed. You return the car in the same condition, during business hours, and we may charge a restocking fee. We return your down payment and your trade-in, or its value if it has already been sold. You get the full terms on a separate form titled “3-Day Right to Cancel Used Car Purchase or Lease” when you sign.
Financing on our own inventory
We are not a lender. Financing is subject to lender approval, and rates and terms depend on your credit and the lender. We do not advertise rates or payments. See Financing for the full notice, including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act notice.
The written agreement comes first
Every search starts with a short written agreement covering how the arrangement works for your particular car, since it is not the same on every one. You see it and agree to it first. Nothing is owed and nothing is committed until then.
Financing language
Where we mention financing, it means financing may be available on approved credit. That is not an offer of credit or a quote of rates or terms. Rates, terms and approval are set by the lender.
Add-on products
Any add-on product or service is not required, and the vehicle can be bought or leased without it.
Photos
Photos on this site are real AutoBrokerBoyz client deliveries, taken from our Instagram or attached by clients to their Google reviews, except images clearly marked as stock photos. They show past deals, not vehicles currently available.
