Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement that governs a brokerage engagement, purchase or lease. Those are separate documents you sign.
Who we are
This website is operated by AutoBrokerBoyz LLC, an auto broker and licensed California dealer located at 15855 Edna Pl, Suite 13, Irwindale, CA 91706.
Brokered transactions
When we find a vehicle for you, we act as your autobroker under a written brokerage agreement. The selling dealership, not AutoBrokerBoyz LLC, sells or leases that vehicle to you, and that dealership’s own terms and disclosures apply to that sale. Vehicles bought off our own lot are sold by AutoBrokerBoyz LLC as a licensed California dealer, under the terms of your purchase contract.
No vehicles are advertised here right now
This website advertises a brokerage service. Photos show past client deliveries, except where marked as stock. Our own used-only lot has no vehicles listed right now; when it does, they appear on the Our Inventory page.
Financing
Any reference to financing on this site means financing may be available on approved credit through a lender. It is not an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, a pre-approval, or a quotation of rates or terms.
No credit applications here
We do not accept credit applications, Social Security numbers, driver license numbers or financial account information through this website.
Contacting us through this site
When you send us an inquiry you are asking us to reply. If you check the consent box you are also agreeing that we may call or text you, including by automated means, and you can withdraw that at any time by replying STOP, by telling us in writing, or by telling us on the phone.
Reviews
Reviews on this site are copied word for word from our Google Business Profile, with names shortened. Some pages show a short excerpt, and the full reviews are on our Reviews page. The rating and count shown are as of October 16, 2026; the live figures are on Google.
Links to other sites
Where we link to Google, Instagram, Facebook or a dealership, that site is not ours and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The AutoBrokerBoyz name, logo and site text are ours. Client photos are used with permission and remain the property of the people who took them. Please do not copy them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Nothing here limits any right you have under the California Vehicle Code, the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, the Car Buyer’s Bill of Rights, or any other consumer protection law, and where a term here conflicts with such a law, the law controls.
